About the Event
The commemorative project Miro Žbirka Symphonic Night, which last year sold out concerts in Bratislava, Prague, Zlín and at Soundtrack Poděbrady, this year for the first time will be graced by the voices of several renowned singers: 4Tenors, David Kraus, Martha and opera singer Soňa Godárska. Among the musical virtuosos, cellist Terezie Kovalová accepted the invitation to this extraordinary concert. 🎶
The hits of the legendary Meky will be played together with his band by the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor Adrian Kokoš and the concert will include special video projections by David Zbirka.
The Miro Žbirka Symphonic Night on 20 October in the Smetana Hall of Prague's Obecní dům aspires to be the musical event of the year, not least because the concert is followed by the largest exhibition to date of the world-famous artist Mila Fürstová, who is behind, for example, the album cover of the band Coldplay or the illustrations for the Czech classics Babička, Kytice and Máj. 🖼️ The exhibition also takes place in Obecní dom and visitors have the opportunity to buy a ticket to the concert for a discounted price together with entry to the exhibition in the DIAMOND PREMIUM category. 💎
